Learning Disability week

The theme for 2026 is “Do you see me?” which is all about people with a learning disability being seen, heard and valued.

Wednesday October 7th 2026 : 11am. We will meet at The Chapterhouse, St Ninians.

For our April meeting at The Chapterhouse we discussed the theme of transport.

Today we had Patrick from ScotRail who is the accessibility and inclusion manager at ScotRail.

This months Hear Our Roar saw us discuss Statement 6 in the Charter for Involvement

Keith and Asha from Perth Fire Station presented some safety information to the group in the form of an informative quiz.

June 11th represented 1 year of Hear Our Roar and so that meant balloons and cake!

Independence means being able to do things by yourself without needing too much help from others.

In February 2025 we had elections for the Chair and Co-Chairpersons.
